What you are buying

The Visibility Intelligence Assessment™ is a one-time, $197 review of the business information you submit and the public-facing website, search listings, reviews, and social profiles that PMHQ can reasonably verify. You will receive a written visibility report with a score, findings, and recommended priorities. Diana Agenor reviews the report before release. PMHQ normally emails the approved report within 3–5 business days after a complete submission and successful payment. The report is not an instant download. If information is missing or a public source is unavailable, PMHQ may contact you and the delivery time may shift.

This purchase does not start an ongoing marketing engagement, guarantee a particular score, promise increased revenue, or include implementation work. Any later proposal or service agreement is separate. The report is a business and marketing diagnostic, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Your information and payment

Please provide information you are authorized to share and confirm that your business links and answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge. PMHQ may identify gaps where answers cannot be verified against public sources. The $197 fee is charged once at checkout through the available payment processor. The person paying confirms they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PMHQ allocates review time and begins verification after payment. If you need to cancel, email us promptly. Once substantive review work has begun or the report has been delivered, the fee is generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the assessment is not delivered as promised or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact PMHQ first so we can investigate and seek a fair resolution. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider.
