Information we use

PMHQ collects the contact and business information you enter in the assessment, your answers, and the payment status needed to provide the assessment. We also review the public business website, listings, reviews, and social profiles you identify or that are reasonably associated with your business. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, government ID numbers, or payment-card details in free-text answers.

How we use it

We use this information to process your request and payment, verify public visibility, calculate and review the score, prepare and send the report, answer questions, and discuss an optional proposal if you request one. The assessment may use service providers for forms and CRM, payment processing, workflow automation, email delivery, and assisted report drafting. PMHQ remains responsible for reviewing the report before client delivery. Payment-card entry is handled through the checkout provider; do not send card details to PMHQ by email.

Sharing, retention, and questions

We do not publish your private assessment answers as a public case study without separate permission. We may retain assessment and transaction records as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with law. To ask about your information, request a correction, or discuss deletion where available, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
