Payment Authorization & No-Chargeback Agreement

By selecting the checkbox and completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All services, including consultations, strategy sessions, audits, and digital deliverables, are non-refundable once purchased and/or rendered.

• You understand that your payment secures time, expertise, and strategic intellectual property, which is delivered upon confirmation and/or during the scheduled session.

• You agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider for services that have been delivered, scheduled, or made available to you.

• In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Pro Marketing Headquarters directly to seek resolution.

• You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may be considered a breach of contract, and you may be held liable for:

• The full cost of services rendered

• Administrative and processing fees

• Chargeback and recovery costs

• Legal fees, where applicable

• You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and have full authority to complete this transaction.

• You agree that this agreement is legally binding and may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or legal proceeding.
